Work

What's already up and running.

Apps, systems and websites we've built. Out of discretion, they're shown without names or brands: what matters is the work.

Searching for a receipt number brings up five emails from three mailboxes, with the number highlighted. Sample data.
I · Desktop app · Windows

Any email, in one second

You look up an invoice by its number. The problem is that the number is almost never in the email itself: it's inside the attached PDF, or in a photo of a document. It works for any business that runs on email.

Sound familiar?

i

“The accountant needs a receipt from March, two years ago”

It came by email, but nobody knows which mailbox or what the subject was. And the number isn't in the email: it's inside the PDF.

ii

“The customer says the order arrived incomplete”

The proof is a photo of the signed delivery note. It's an image: no text search can find it unless it has read it first.

iii

“Did purchasing, sales or management get that?”

Three people, three mailboxes, and the search has to be repeated in each one.

iv

“I searched ‘envio’ and nothing came up”

Because the email said “envío”. One accent mark or a tax ID with dashes, and the email search gives up.

What it does

I

Every mailbox in one search

Purchasing, sales and management are connected once, and every search goes through all of them at the same time.

II

It reads inside the files

PDF, Word and Excel from the inside, plus photos and scans with text recognition.

III

It finds the clue however you have it

With or without accents, a tax ID with or without dashes, an amount with or without commas, or just part of the number.

IV

Your email never leaves the office

Read-only permission from Google: it can read, never send or delete, and it never sees the password.

II · Automation

Order notifier

Orders that arrive by email get lost among dozens of messages, and some are seen too late. Now a system checks the inbox every minute, recognizes orders and quotes (even by the attachment's file name), pulls out quantities, urgency and delivery date, and alerts the person in charge on WhatsApp.

If an alert isn't delivered, it retries and sends a warning by email. Every order is logged in a spreadsheet, so the history builds itself.
